01Is the initial inspection really free?+
Yes. We inspect the vehicle free of charge before approval. If repairs are needed, we provide a separate quote.
02When does my subscription start?+
Only after inspection, acceptance and your approval of the final terms. Your initial online payment is a refundable prepayment.
03Can I cancel?+
The initial term is 12 months, followed by monthly continuation. You may request cancellation at any time, subject to fair, documented settlement of committed non-recoverable resources under the contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
04Does this include every repair?+
Only the scheduled services and limits listed in your plan are included. Other repairs are quoted separately.
05Do I need to live in Ādaži?+
No. Applications are welcome from across Latvia, but maintenance currently takes place in Ādaži. Premium collection arrangements are individually agreed, and other plans can add paid collection.
06Can companies register multiple cars?+
Yes. Subscribe each car separately or request a tailored fleet proposal.
