Vehicle maintenance subscription — draft agreement
DRAFT for legal review. The subscription starts only after the complimentary vehicle inspection, eligibility approval and customer acceptance of individual final terms. Paying a prepayment does not start the membership.
Parties and vehicle
- Provider: SIA “I.R.AUTO”, registration no. 40203298019, Muižas iela 11, Ādaži, LV-2164, Latvia; [email protected]; +371 22337070.
- Customer, vehicle registration, annual mileage, package, final price and start date are recorded in the individual subscription agreement.
Services and exclusions
- We plan routine servicing, seasonal tire changes and storage, inspections, and services expressly covered by the selected package and its specified limits.
- Packages EL+G, Package 1, Package 2 and Package 3 differ by vehicle eligibility, monthly price and tire allowance. Oil and filter changes apply only where included.
- This is not an insurance product or unlimited repair cover. Accident damage, unforeseen repairs, taxes and statutory fees are excluded unless specifically agreed in writing. Extra work requires a separate quote and approval.
Free initial inspection
- We contact applicants within one business day to arrange a free inspection in Ādaži. A separate repair quote will be offered if repairs are required.
- The customer may decline repairs. We may refuse an unsuitable vehicle. The final price and coverage are agreed after assessing condition and estimated annual mileage.
Duration and billing
- The initial contract lasts 12 months from the mutually agreed activation date; thereafter it continues month-to-month.
- Recurring payments are only activated after vehicle approval and explicit acceptance of the final terms. The online prepayment is credited to the first month so it is not charged twice. VAT is applied only when lawfully applicable and agreed in the final customer price.
Cancellation and committed resources
- A customer may request cancellation at any time. Any settlement for the initial term and resources must comply with applicable mandatory consumer law.
- Where tires or other items were purchased specifically for the customer, documented, approved and cannot reasonably be returned or reassigned, the customer may be offered to purchase them for a justified outstanding amount less amounts already paid.
- No additional charge applies for resources that can be recovered, returned or reassigned. There is no automatic penalty equal to every remaining monthly payment, and statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Collection, courtesy car, responsibility
- Premium vehicle pickup and return is included only in an individually agreed service area. Other plans may add pickup for a distance-based fee.
- Recovery service, courtesy car and tire-storage availability, geographic limits and insurance terms are confirmed separately. The customer supplies accurate vehicle details, follows the maintenance schedule and reports defects. The provider completes agreed servicing and quotes extra repairs beforehand.
- Latvian law applies. Consumers retain all statutory complaint and dispute-resolution options.
